Victor Lee is a seasoned drone engineer and operations expert with deep experience in high-voltage propulsion, flight dynamics, and heavy-lift UAV systems. As the Founder of Victor Lee & Associates, Inc. and former Director of Technology at Helinet Aviation, Victor leads DroneRescue’s technical development and regulatory strategy, bridging the gap between advanced aerospace UAS industry.
